Thanks for that link. This does strongly support getting our borders secure. It does not support the idea that most illegals who come across the border are committing more serious crimes after coming here. IMO we should deport these criminals back to their country of origin and make sure our borders are secure so they cannot come back.

IOW, get rid of after they've raped and murdered...or do you have some special technique for looking at an individual and knowing that he will one day rape or kill.

To: SoldierDad; Grunthor

You are welcome.

I agree with you, we need to secure our borders, or all the efforts overseas can be rendered moot.

I think Grunthor has a pretty decent and clear start to cleaning up this fiasco. You have to start somewhere, so why not with those criminals already in our custody?

Next, build a fense/wall/barrier and increase the border patrol.

Then demand proper SS information for working status/health care/etc.

When you cut the advantages out for the illegals, and you deport those caught in criminal activities, the flow will subside on it’s own.

You wont need to send huge convoys of buses to farms/factories/etc. to round up illegals. Just like in the military, if you go AWOL, they don’t waste alot of time/money/resources coming after you. They just flag your SS#. At some point you’ll get a traffic ticket or something, and Whamo, youre caught.

Sincerely
