Come on, Paulbots. Spin this one if you can. Cutting off the troops at the knees is good for your presidential aspirations, right? /sarc

More pointless, impotent grand-standing. They weren’t going to vote for it anyway, so what do they think this letter is going to do? Is it going to change The Presidents mind, or waste my tax dollars?

Everyone who signed this should be prosecuted for treason.
We are writing ...
That being said, I once had an English teacher who scolded me for beginning any letter with the text I am writing or We are writing. His reason was "of course you are writing!" and instead, we should just jump right into what we want to say.

Does this mean that Queen Bee Nanacy is about to go under the bus?
Liberal Democraticans’ little experiment in gender equality may be nearing an end.

The Democrat dilemma is exhibited by their twisting between full withdrawal and
(a) leaving enough troops in place for training,
(b) leaving enough troops for fighting Al Quaida --whatever random number that might be, and
(c) protecting the citizen population from retribution.
It is obvious that they don't have a clue how to handle this, and the "just give up and get out" crowd may dominate, relying on their ability to blame someone everyone else when it all goes to $h!+ over there.

The Dems are looking for a shut down of government they can blame on Bush just like the Gingrich congress and Clinton. The Dems must realize that the moon bats may be their base, but they aren’t the ones tipping them to electoral victory. The more the dems do this, the greater the GOP chances are in ‘08.
