So, you didn’t watch the hearings between Sutton, Feinswine, Cornyn, et al.?
Lie #1) Campean (SP?) testified that about a struggle between him and the Andrade-criminal. According to a BA witness (not Ramos) the struggle C described never happened. C did not fall into the 11-ft. ditch due to a struggle with the creep-drug-smuggler.
Lie #2) After Andrade (the drug smuggler) disappeared, R&C picked up all of the shell casings from their guns that they could find and threw them in the river.
Lie #3) Some time later, they asked some co-worker(s) to go and pick up and shell casings they missed and to discard them.
Lie #4) R&C never filled out a report about what happened, as they were required to do per regulations. (Why?)

Regarding not watching the hearings, you wish.

#1 Your point? What makes the other BA more truthful than Campean? Campean states the drug dealer ran at him, he tried to hit him with his shotgun which was filling his hands, suspect knocks Campean into the ditch when Campean misses with the shotgun. Felony assault on a peace officer.
#2 and #3 Shells being thrown into the river by either Campean or another agent. That does not warrant 10 years in jail, maybe a dismissal or a suspension but still a righteous shoot on a fleeing felony suspect.
#4 Never filled out a report about what happened. Campean stated he gave a verbal account of what happened to his supervisor at the scene. Statute as I understand it does not call for written report. Also Sutton has been caught withholding evidence from the jury, just like Nifong. So what I can’t understand is your lust to hang two police officers out to dry over discarded shell casings.
