Is there some sort of FAS/FAE information campaign to educate expectant mothers on reservations about the effects their drinking has on the unborn child?
I don't know much about FAS/FAE in that segment of society - I do have some knowledge of this concern in adopted children from Russia.

There is an abundance of information available, but the problem is getting it from the sources to the people at risk in a way that is meaningful for them.
