You ARE taking “care of people who don’t want to take care of themselves”. Your tax dollars are paying the $2.4 million/person afflicted with FAS.

Whew!!! Well then, looks like the problem's solved...if 2.4 mil/person ain't enough, than I'm just plain tapped out. LOL

Yeah, that’s one way of looking at it. I am about saving some of that $2.4 million through education & prevention.
