Federal sources tell CBS 11 News that law enforcement officers have confiscated a large cache of weapons found in an apartment near the federal building in downtown Dallas. CBS 11 News crews are gathering more information; additional details to come.
Now, what makes you jump to that conclusion?
Could be your typical militant Jew!
Huh??
You’re suggesting a 50-something wimp with a pistol take on a bunch of Muslims who are planning all-out assault on a federal building?
I’ll do my part in other ways, thank you very much.
The point is that there are active terrorism cells here in the DFW area. Wadih al Hage, bin Laden’s driver who was sent to prison for his role in the Kenya embassy bombing, lived here. His buddies still do.
It doesn’t take much of a brain to figure that they’ll try something while this terrorism trial is going on.
And I’ll leave it to trained law enforcement to take care of it.
I think I’ll make a dismissive, smartass remark.
On second thought, since this is deadly serious, and I live in Dallas, I won’t.
According to sources, among the weapons discovered were two AK-47 rifles, an Uzi 9 millimeter submachine gun, a TEC-9 submachine gun, a 40 millimeter ordnance launcher, a handheld ordnance launcher, and about 500 rounds of ammunition.

Prolly hidin’ from embarassment in Texas !...;0)
Give the guy a break. He's living in downtown Dallas. That arsenal would qualify as merely home defense and personal protection by many well meaning Texans.
From the article:

Color me surprised, not.
When TSHTF, I hope my fellow patriots are prepared both with provisions and weapons.
about 500 rounds of ammunition.
To me that's not much, we fired off at least that many on the 4th of July. However, for someone like malvo and muhammad, they caused a lot of terror right along with the murders.
That 500 rounds can do a hellofalot of damage.

Well...he went a long way to hide.......all the way to the middle east!
If it is all legal, why is he on the run?
When Pres Bush flies into the ranch, does he go thru Dallas and then to the ranch?
” . . . That arsenal would qualify as merely home defense and personal protection by many well meaning Texans.”
Yep.
But those well-meaning Texans are more likely to be wearing boots than burkas. These perps don’t qualify in my book, and I don’t care how long they’ve lived here.
I’m 7th generation Texan, and I welcome newcomers, but not this bunch.
That’s only what they found, today.
Who’s to say he hadn’t earlier moved a lot more to somewhere else?! They didn’t just show up at his door today because they wanted some apple pie and ice cream.
>>Went to the TV site.
Two AKs in semi form and an Uzi carbine(semi-auto)ammo.A Tec 9(shows bad judgement in quality of weapons)Sounds like gang banger style of shooters.
I have more in my vehicle.
Just panicking by ignorant TV morons.<<
Yes, what idiot wold DARE to question this? Just because he came back from the Middle East this morning, and travels there frequently, that’s not suspicious in the least, right?

As of 6 pm, authorities had not yet arrested anyone, but were searching for the tenant of the apartment. Authorities tell us the tenant travels to the Middle East frequently and just returned from there this morning.”
Not unless he has a reason to stop here. He generally flies into Waco or one of the military bases nearby (Killeen).
We will see Internment Camps again.

Consider this.
20 or 30 of these used in a synchronized manner at the approach or departure at 20 or 30 major airports could shut down this country for months, sending the economy into a nose dive for years.
Has there been any indications that an RPG was seized or discovered? Is the item seized functioning or a DEWAT? Inquiring minds want to know.
I know as much as you do in regards to this specific article.
However, I do know if millions can smuggle themselves into the U.S., along with hundreds of tons of dope every year across our borders, it would seem smuggling in some hand held rocket launchers would be a snap.
Piece o cake.
