Perhaps the network found it unacceptable that someone might perceive the former trial lawyer to be less then enthralling. Oh, please. It's got nothing to do with Edwards being a lawyer, or even a democrat.
No producer would want ANY guest with a snoozer on camera.
And do learn a bit of language, please.

7AM in New Orleans. I’m surprised they could find anyone who wasn’t drunk, hungover or asleep.

That's too funny...that dude was stone cold out.
I worked with a guy that dozed off during just about every meting he attended.
The look on his face when he was drifting off was priceless.

Perhaps the network found it unacceptable that someone might perceive the former trial lawyer to be less then enthralling. Or the guy was (rightly) embarrassed and moved.

I think any professional organization would get someone sleeping out of the background. I don’t see this as something nefarious.

Could be their bias, they didn’t want us to think that the breck girl is boring, or just the need to remove a distraction from the camera’s angle of view. I prefer the latter, because it’s the simpler explanation.

You’re all wrong !!!
After listening to Edwards speak, the man simply closed his eyes and clicked his heels three time and said: “there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home.” And poof, he was gone.
I think you can find him somewhere in Kansas.
