It sure is! All they should get is a bombing run. The people there are and have always been hostile to foreigners. Oh somebody will take the money, but that is it.

exactly what is happening - at the moment - i think there around 1.5 billion unaccounted for in aid since 9/11 and a total of 10 billion given to Pakistan
