I notice that he has a cane. Sometimes when a person grows unusually large, they develop arthritis and joint problems. Here’s hoping they are happy.

He probably has an endocrine-related form of acromegaly that will result in his life being relatively short unless he gets long-term medical treatment...the kind you won’t find anywhere that you depend on socialized medicine.
