What I find totally ironic is that the Democrats scream bloody murder about the supposed unconstitutionality of Bush wire tapping the bad guys, yet have no qualms inhibiting free speech through hate crimes.

This only shows the dispicable way these democrates do business. Is this what you want in 2008? If this hate crimes bill could stand on its own they wouldnt need to hide it in a bill that is sure to pass. Hiding in a bill funding our troops, unAmerican subhumans we have in the senate.
The hate bill needs 60 votes in order to be added to the arms bill. If we can pressure only a half dozen to vote against it, we can powerfully weaken the hate bills chance of passage.
