Kauai prosecutor Marc E. Guyot has violated the laws set forth in the State of Hawaii Constitution and the United States Constitution of America and has committed treason against the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
After a lengthy battle with crooked police and prosecutors, Krstafer Pinkerton has yet to stand trial for any of the charges Kauai police have arrested him on.
On Kauai, when local police assault the citizenry, Kauai prosecutors have no choice than to conspire against the defendant rather than risking news of police abuse happening on a tourist dependant island in Hawaii called KAUAI, POLICE STATE USA
HUH?
HUH?
Pinkerton
Since May 10, 2006
Now THAT was a surprise.
I’ll say IBTZ anyway.
Here is a tip for posting on FR. Never refer to yourself in the third person. You do that and you might always announce that you paid $400 for a haircut.
always = as well

You give no background at all and expect outrage.
You haven’t yet gone to trial, have you been indicted, and for what, etc etc etc???
I’m outraged. But that’s just me.
What you say?
LOL.
Well, I wish the OP would add a bit (or a lot) more.
He posted this here for responses, but it’s no surprise that the responses have been mostly “huh?” type responses.
Day old poke is always a bad idea.
I went to his website. It appears to consist of an expired plea offer. Based on posting history, I’m guessing a Montana Freeman/Texas Republic type. You certainly can’t get anything substantive from the posts or the website.
“. After a lengthy battle with crooked police and prosecutors”
I was born and raised on Oahu. Big shocker there is crooked police/prosecutors and on-going agenda of not reporting crimes to prop up the tourism industry. (rolls eyes)
There is certainly nothing substantive being offered here. Why post a “cry for help” which is what it was, then just ditch out on the discussion? Lame-o!
FR is a resource, and if he had a legitimate gripe, he’d stick around and hash it out. The fact that he didn’t says it all in my opinion.
I was born and raised in Hawaii too, that’s why this topic caught my eye.
The OP has not resurfaced. Someting kina stinks, ah?
An Agent must have gotten him.
What did YOU do to get arrested? I’ve been successful at NOT getting arrested ever. Am I just lucky, or is it that I manage to not do anything illegal?
Head to the mall, treat yourself to a Jamba Juice, and chill out at the fountain. Stay out of Starbucks... you might get all wired up about something.
I even watched the video - I didn’t hear the judge say anything about criminal contempt. The judge was clearly unhappy about something a prosecutor had done, but as judicial chewings out go, it was pretty mild.
