Unlike most of you calling yourselves conservatives here on FR (I have been told and DO believe that most of you are simply DUmmie plants with internet longevity), Bush IS the one fighting terrorism.

So again. What policy of Bush’s has changed?

All through the Iraq war we all went out on a limb for him. We supported him thick and thin. Even when he wouldn't support himself. Do you remember the deafening silence coming from the Whitehouse when we found WMDs? We all just speculated that he was just waiting to put together a grand presentation to convince the World. Nope, he never bothered. The case was there to be made. He just didn't try to make it, leaving his defenders high and dry. Instead he lectures us about the religion of peace.

What about Iran laughing in our faces for all this time? I feel like we have gone back to the Carter administration. The only thing missing is 55 mile per hour speed limits.

Bush isn’t fighting terrorism, our fathers, mothers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, sons and daughters are. I don’t know of a single member of the Bush family that’s fighting in this war.

Don’t you ever say that Bush is the one fighting terrorism. He’s just watching it on t.v.

You didn't ask me, but if I may:

GWB has not changed, and many of us tried to warn the Bush supporters, but to no avail.

IMO, it was a case of a politician fooling the voters.

Now the voters are waking up.

Agree or disagree with his policies, none have changed.

Laurie_d, I will respectfully answer your question.

Bush declared to the world after 9/11, "You are either with us or you are with the terrorists."

Then in 2006, he tries to open the ports of America to an Islamic nation that seeks the destruction of Israel. Is he with us, or with the Terrorists?

In 2007, Bush tries to provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens and wipe the slate clean for illegals who have committed crimes against the United States. Is Bush with us, or with the terrorists?

The nation was with Bush when he started the war in Iraq. His stock was high. But over the following years he proved himself to be an inept CinC, doggedly clinging to ineffective strategy and defending a DoD who was fighting the wrong kind of war- and STILL leaving the East and West borders of Iraq wide open for infiltration from Iran and Syria. That's the thing when it comes to George W. Bush and borders: He hates having to secure them- to the great peril of Americans.

Yes, I voted for him in 2000 and 2004. And now, having been accused by him of racism and sexism for daring to hold him accountable for his departure from his promises, I deeply regret doing so.

Going just by the date you joined, March 10, 2007, I suspect you are just a kkkommukkkrapic troll.

Even so, how is opening our borders, laying down and spreading our butt-cheeks, in a national sense, 'fighting terrorism'?

If you get those open borders you want so much, will your AlQueda boyfriend get in?
