PTSD is a consequence of war, undoubtedly, and it doesn't seem like there is a good treatment for it. Unfortunately, some lousy ba$tard$ abuse the system and it hurts those who are truly suffering.
I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers (glad prayer lists are not like email lists with a number limit). Please let him be found by understanding people who do not stress or scare him more.
