I was talking with someone earlier who asked why Iran doesn’t lay low and stop making waves and pretend to be cooperating more. My response was: why should they? They’re enjoying doing it this way and getting away with it. They can do it the other way when they feel they’re forced to. That’s the way they’ve always handled things.
