Most of us here understand the procedure quite well. But McCain has never had a very high opinion of the intelligence of the American people.
I felt PERSONALLY insulted.. the 17yr old PRIVATES that I train understand the way the senate works.. as a matter of fact most IRAQIs understand it too !!
