Fixed your typo:

I used to like Bloom County, but I didn't leave it, it FAR-left me.

Not a particularly amusing cartoon IMO, and I enjoy a good laugh as much as the next person.

The ‘toon sorta left me with a big....”eh?” Or more correctly, a yawn.

I just got back to my desk from an “all-hands” meeting when I saw this. I don’t know whether to ROTFL or have a nice lie-down somewhere and calm the jitters!

I didn’t even know Opus was back.

One of the funniest, most off beat comics now is Pearls Before Swine. Talk about “edgy.” Usually it is not particularly ideological, though it does lampoon some figures and political situations. I never miss it, unlike the strip it replaced in our local paper here, the often vile Boondocks.

Dilbert used to have a sharp edge. Sometime around the turn of the century, he caved. Now, he pulls his punches and is no funnier than Mary Worth.

Fred does not have a “beer belly”! He is quite svelte. He is much thinner in person than he appears on camera.

Berkeley as in the city in CA. Breathed as in “Baby’s Breath” with an Ed on the end.

I am meditating on appropriate pennance for omitting Mallard Filmore, Day by Day, and everything by Ramirez.
When I have satisfied my inner self, it'll remain a secret.

State of the Union and Leftersons, however on message they may be, are sophomoric.

Thanks for helping my recovery.

(Really)
