The LA Times does say they gave them a copy of the board minutes, but that doesn’t mean they were real. There is no evidence in the article that the LA Times verified that they were real. We’ve never ever seen the news media swallow phony documents before now have coupled with a lack of investigation we and then defend their actions and reporting to the death? Well Dan Rather does come to mind.

Pretty good head fake move by FDT, if that’s what it was. The Drive-bys expected Fred to declare on Friday and dropped their bombload prematurely.

I would like to hear Fred’s version of this. If Fred’s got an answer he better give it soon. I’m sure lawyers sometimes have to represent people/issues they may disagree with on a personal level.
