Is it possible that we have sleeping trolls, waiting to be activated here? This topic showed up many times on FR to get as many eye balls as possible to mislead people, of course. There is a thread that has a link to four blogs debunking this story already.

The LA Times does say they gave them a copy of the board minutes, but that doesn’t mean they were real. There is no evidence in the article that the LA Times verified that they were real. We’ve never ever seen the news media swallow phony documents before now have coupled with a lack of investigation we and then defend their actions and reporting to the death? Well Dan Rather does come to mind.
Newsbusters has a great article on the connection of the people making the claim to the Clintons at: http://newsbusters.org/node/13944

It always amazes me how deeply a person is tainted, if at all. Almost everyone is indirectly connected to something evil (aka "6-degrees of separation"), but it's almost like politicians specifically go looking for Baby Killers, Inc. just to contribute money or work for them.
To: WorkingClassFilth
Its a two-step, alright. Hes tainted and knows it. You should always believe anything a Democrat says about a Republcan without reservation or a lick of proof.
Democrats don't play politics. Everything they say is God's truth.

We have to remember that this is a war. The other side has no moral standard. Everything goes. They can pretend to be a concerned FReeper, meanwhile, giving doubts about a targeted candidate. Remember that this site has a lot of readers. The more doubts they create in the lurkers or legit FReepers the better.

That’s exactly what the drive-bys want you to do. This is Mark Foley all over again.
Pretty good head fake move by FDT, if that’s what it was. The Drive-bys expected Fred to declare on Friday and dropped their bombload prematurely.
I would like to hear Fred’s version of this. If Fred’s got an answer he better give it soon. I’m sure lawyers sometimes have to represent people/issues they may disagree with on a personal level. I still trust Fred more than I trust Mitt. And I think it’s safe to say that the Drive-Bys fear Fred the most.

Something smells here!
Lots of new posters at FR, who are “really, really conservatives” but who “won’t vote for Fred” because they “believe” stories from left-wing sources.
My Troll Alert! buzzer is clanging loudly.

Leave it up to lib trolls who continue to support stabbing our troops in the back and sucking the brains out of partially born babies to try to get conservatives all worried about an article form a newspaper that is failing daily and has sourced their story with two Clinton hacks.
Oh I’m trembling.
I think it worries the hate-filled libs that Rodham has spent her life running for President and Thompson has not even announced and yet they are tied.
Expect more FAKE NEWS to be brought out by the hope for dead troops crowd on the left.

I do not care what he did decades ago I look at his voting record in the senate and his rating by pro-life groups.
I would not believe what came from these left wing groups if they had a notary certify them as truthful.

You trolls are getting worse by the day.
No wonder you lost so badly in 2004.
At first I thought Thompson only had a chance to win. With fake news items like this, now I know he will win.

Last week at the height to the attempted immigration railroad, I listened to Mark Levin for the first time and I liked him, a lot. Now Mark’s a lawyer so hopefully he can shed some light on this. I agree that it’s best for Fred to just tell it like it is, soon.

I don’t think the L.A. Times and two leftists pose much of threat to Thompson in the truth department.
Maybe NARAL would have reconsidered their ZERO rating for Thompson had these FAKE NEWS items been available for all these many years.

So you'll take the word over someone with a D behind their name in a highly contested story over Thompson's 100% pro life voting record?
