Hey Pissant, I think if you put Duncan Hunter and Tom Tancredo along with a few of the Founding Fathers, the only difference between them would be their appearance.

Congressman Hunter is most certainly closer to the people than any of the other candidates.

He certainly doesn’t have the delusions of grandure that seems to infect most in Washington.

He certainly is! He has every conservative credential that we need. And he’s outlined his positions, above, on virtually every issue imaginable.

Pray that he begins to acquire positive momentum. It is sad that we hardly ever hear his name mentioned, when the top three or four candidates, who are much less qualified, are followed around constantly by the media.

Thanks for those links! It’s great how he comes right out and states that he wouldn’t appoint judges who could not recognize the presence of life (as seen in a sonogram), while other candidates toss it back to the states to decide.

He is a highly principled candidate and I am praying for a breakthrough for him soon.

I was looking for specific issue video/audio, but I see most of his comments deal with so many issues, it is difficult to pick one out over another.

Here’s more GREAT ones....

2nd Amendment

It seems every election year, some liberal politician dons an NRA cap and grabs a shotgun for a hunting photo-op, as if that means they support our right as Americans to keep and bear arms. I, myself, thoroughly enjoy hunting, having just recently spent a great weekend hunting elk in Arizona. But, the second amendment is not about hunting. It is about the right of you and me to be secure in our homes. We must vigorously defend against all attempts to chip away at the Second Amendment. You know as well as I do that there is one thing criminals prefer over any other: unarmed victims.

Go Duncan! Wonder will Hillary go goose hunting? Anyway, you would never hear Rudy, John or Mitt taking this pro personal security slant.

If they close Guantanamo, they better move them to Alcatraz without food, power or water and let them fend for themselves.

Oh, I forgot to mention the island will be patrolled by heavily armed attack helicopters.

His campaign needs heavy support from the grassroots because he does not belong to the multi-national corporations. (Though if elected, he will bring them back to America to provide good jobs for Americans.)

If you believe in Duncan Hunter, please consider generously contributing to his campaign by writing your check to Hunter for President and send it to:

Duncan Hunter ‘08
9340 Fuerte Dr. Suite 302, La Mesa, CA 91941-4164

If you donate $100 or more, ask for a Hunter Ranger cap - made in the USA by materials also made in the USA by LEGAL labor. Very attractive, and a joy to wear!

Thank you.

Hunter's a great man, I really admire him.

I just wish he would have ran for Governor or Senator in 1998 or President back in 2000 first though. Let's be honest. He has very little name recognition through his own fault, not the MSM who definetly won't cover him for obvious reasons. He has his work cut out for him.

Hey, I admire him for sticking to where he knew he'd do the most good....and not consumed by ambition or by glitz and popularity. He was NEEDED right where he was in the last 10 years (just check the bills he's introduced if you doubt me) and is closer to the people than anyone running.

He's had more coverage on CNN than on Fox and that says alot. Internet and talk radio has been where he's spending alot of time and even had a GREAT interview by NPR.

Even Ronald Reagan was mocked by the press and told that he had a snowball's chance, yet won by 2 LANDSLIDES by running on conservative principles.

Reading that list back in the winter was exactly what made me a Hunter supporter. Thanks for posting it. Seeing all his positions outlined like that could bring people over and make them supporters. It did me.
