Rachel Corrie is a model example of why the "Darwin Awards" exist (honoring individuals who contribute to the improvement of the human gene pool by getting themselves killed in the most idiotic ways). This case had better be tossed for good, but with the left-wing 9th Circuit it is difficult to be confident that common sense will prevail.
