Well, one 9/11 was not enough to convince the Dems and the MSM that we have an enemy.

Those cities are high in population and symbolism, but if they wanted to really terrorize they would hit; Atlanta, OKC, or Charlotte. Such targets would strike at the 'heartland' where most think they would be safe.
