He wanted to die. He tried to kill himself along with scores of innocent people. I say give him his wish. Squeeze whatever intelligence you can out of him, then strap his jihadi ass into a car loaded with explosives and glass jars full of pig fat, light the fuse and push him off a cliff.

No essential arguments here, although in terms of methodology and targeting we might want to consider strapping them to a very stylish, nuke-tipped Raytheon cruise missile and send them into the bedroom windows of the second in command of Syria and Iran.  After the smoke clears, send the top guys a very polite message:  "Knock it off with this jihadist crap or you will be next."

I have a sneaking suspicion that the world might be a much more peaceful place thereafter.
