In general you are correct. I won’t say I’m an exception but I can do most minor home repairs, including electrical work. I installed 4 new light fixtures and three new Roman shades yesterday. I know several physicians that are expert small engine repairmen.
You are an exception. I would bet that you and your Engine repairmen friends were very close to your fathers who taught you before the med school exile..........
