cooking steak in the oven was just not jazzing me, so we opted to go out. nothing i had prepared will go bad before tomorrow, so there won't be any waste.

we had been going to Army Navy CC to watch the fireworks the past few years, but the kids are wanting to be with their friends and so that has them going different directions this year.

mr patton had an itchin’ for steak and irish nachos
so i just sliced the steaks and sauteed them up like
korean bulgoki. his only complaint was that i didn’t
drown the potatos in olive oil. lol!
