What a great idea to watch The Patriot! I love that movie. (o: [Hubby is still recovering from back surgery, and can't sit down yet... So, we will be missing the fireworks for the first time I can remember really in my whole life! )o: So, watching the Patriot is something that I think might be a great idea, after all that is the TRUE meaning of this day -- not the ooohhhs and aaahhhs of fireworks -- although those are nice too! (o:]

sorry your hubby had to have surgery. So many people have back troubles (yours truly included).. a day/evening with movies is appealing to me. I am out almost every day & am always busy while out so R & R is appealing.

It is drizzling so I can do a bit more planting. Rest the Back break is over!
