So Davila was involved in torture deaths in a border city (Juarez) - we had intelligence of that fact and this was withheld from the jury?
While perhaps in a very narrow sense you could say this could be excluded I think this is absolutely relevant to the case. Someone this vile would display a personality that would put me on guard if I were in enforcement. I would certainly want a BP to do everything to keep these people out of our country and it looks like Sutton is doing everything to have these people roam and terrorize the US.
That's the impression I get from the investigative reports I linked. Not only that - the jurors were not informed that Ramos was (until this incident) a poster boy for the Border Patrol...literally.
I want to know why Homeland Security agent Sanchez acted as protector/defender for such a vile non-citizen and why he's not called to account for that. It appears that this agent has rights and privileges that regular citizens and most law enforcement personnel do not enjoy.
