Oh, okay. Then here is my question:
Mr. Hunter: A few weeks ago I heard you mention, in a radio interview, examining legal channels to enforce the enactment of the funding and building of our border wall. I got the impression you were speaking about a civil lawsuit, such as a Writ of Mandamus or some other injunctive relief.
Is this indeed being looked at, and, if so, what is the current status?

"Sam: Rep. Hunter voted against the Shays-Meehan (aka McCain-Feingold) Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act in the 105th, 106th and 107th Congresses (It finally passed in the 107th Congress P.L. 107-155). During the 109th Congress, Rep. Hunter did vote in favor of H.R. 513, the 527 Reform Act, which would subject 527 political organizations involved in federal elections to regulation under the Federal Election Campaign Act. 527 organizations were operating outside the regulatory framework of the federal election law, thereby allowing such organizations to raise and spend an unlimited amount on behalf of a single candidate. H.R. 513 helped reform this loophole and Rep. Hunter supported the reform. Rep. Hunter believes in free speech, which is why he opposed the Bipartisan Capaign Finance Reform Act, however, if speech in the form of money is going to be regulated for some, it should be done so for all."
IMO, we might need to know more about what the "loophole" was. Opposition people in favor of unregulated trade with antagonist nations are already misrepresenting "527" against Congressman Hunter.
I'll give card-carrying members of and outstanding contributors to Congressman Hunter's campaign (which I am not and am not known to Hunter's people) the honor of asking.
As for the Virtual Press Conference, I will probably not need to be asking any questions but will read with interest.

You don’t need to be known to Hunter’s people. The only reason I’m known is because Sam has been kind enough to become a freeper. :o)

Those 2 either Fred Thompson or Duncan Hunter are the only 2 ( if either is nominated ) that I would bother to vote for.
Another question that we could ask Sam Hunter to his dad is ? would Duncan Hunter accept if Fred Thompson asks him to be his V.P. in 2008 ?

It’s not a full list. But it gets teh idea across. :o)

In light of the fact that the DOE hasn’t educated a single child and Dep’t of energy hasn’t produced a single drop of oil and Dep’t of Ariculture hasn’t raised a single ear of corn, would you consider eliminating any of the Dept’s?

Mr Hunter,
When congress passes a law, is it just a suggestion? If our government does not have to follow our laws, why do we? Someone asked, “what would happen if we told IRS that paying taxes wasn’t workable and that we weren’t going to contribute any more”? How will you manage LE when you are president?

What is laughable is ? I saw Bill Clinton on TV yesterday at a campaign rally for Hilary and said that she has more experience than anyone else out there to be POTUS ( he sure fooled the sheeple and brain dead ).

Question:
Do you agree with the White House position on Kosovo becoming an independent Muslim Albanian state, which will effectively finish the ethnic cleansing/invasion of what was a Serbian Christian country only a few years ago? I realize that at the time you supported NATO rather than the Clinton policy for the invasion of Kosovo and aid to radical muslims. Do you still feel it was/is the proper action?
