Al Boraq forum was hosted by AT&T, I sent them 3 or 4 e-mails last week and they finally shut it down and I am sure that they recieved request from other folks to shut it down.
However Al Buraq as Internet Haganah mentioned is now operating under the Islamic Army in Iraq website
This was my e-mail to the internet service provider that host the "islamic Army in Iraq".

Dear Sir/Madam
Following up on my earlier e-mail please immediately shut down the following terrorist website/forum: http://www.iaisite.org/ IP address 69.46.230.115. This terrorist website belongs to a terrorist group called "The Islamic Army in Iraq". This is one of the most prominent terrorist websites and forums. This http://www.iaisite.org is now hosting "Al Boraq Islamic Forum" which is a very popular terrorist forum. In fact Al Broaq islamic forum was operating independently until few days ago when the Internet Service Provider that used to host it shut it down upon my and other request, however now it is operating under http://www.iaisite.org/.
You are hurting the national security of the United States by keeping this terrorist website/forum active. Please shut it down.
This is my last e-mail about this issue since I sent you two earlier e-mails. If this website is not shut down in the next three days, your company name will be added to the list of Internet Service Providers who are helping the terrorists and hurting the United States national security by refusing to shut down the terrorist websites and forums that they are hosting. This list will be given to the media and distributed to different forums and blogs on the internet.
Thank you very much.
Best regards xxxxxxx
Thank you for that follow-up, jveritas.
Thanks for your work. BTTT!
