SAN DIEGO —

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Authorities said Cabral and his partner were tracking a group of suspected illegal aliens north of Interstate 8 near Jacumba when they separated. They then lost radio contact, and another agent found Cabral unresponsive near the De Anza Springs Resort, the news release stated. Cabral was taken by air to a local hospital, but medical personnel were unable to revive him.”
