I know this hospital was evacuated yesterday. Wonder if the car they blew up was there the whole time and no one claimed it. Also wondering if the evac order is over and this car was recently parked there.
Hope we get more details about this.

I’m probably a bit naive about these things, but, to my way of thinking, blowing up a car is a bit more drastic than an ‘abundance of caution’....

This is why you don’t legalise millions on a whim. It’s five years past time to start deportations. CAIR the co-conspirators, strip them if they have dual citizenship, get them out... instead of scheduling airport visits re: their rights and footbaths at colleges... cut them off.

Not home grown? I wouldn't be too sure. And it's easy enough to say that they had "connections" with al Qaeda, but all we know for sure is that they were typical Muslims acting in what has become a very familiar way.
It was a damned close call that they didn't kill hundreds of families with children on their school holidays. Otherwise, it would be a comedy of errors: A muslim setting himself on fire and desperately running around, searching the back of the car for a bomb to set off and kill people, while the police try to put the fire out and rescue him.

If you load up a car with gasoline and then try to blow it up, it causes a fireball. It's not the kind of blast that's going to propell shrapnel, so why are they loading the cars up with screws and nails? In fact, unless you've got just the right mix of gas and air, there's a decent chance that it's not going to ignite at all.
A waste of perfectly good gasoline if you ask me.
