The King County Medical Examiner's office has confirmed that Mike Webb died of multiple stab wounds sometime after April 13. The death of the liberal radio host now is being investigated as a homicide.
"At this point it is still extremely shocking," said Bob Vesely,a friend of Webb's for 15 years and the web master of mikewebb.orgwhere Webb last broadcasted his show.
"We want Mike's progressive voice to continue."
Webb, 52, was last seen April 13, according to a missing-person report filed in May. His 10-year stint as a late-night talk show host came to an end in December 2005 when he was fired by KIRO-AM/710 after being charged with insurance fraud.
Seattle police crime scene investigators and homicide detectives were combing the house Webb had rented for 14 years in the 2500 block of Third Avenue West.

Too funny! Glad I have AAA. Used to have Allstate but the one time I made a claim I found that their ‘good hands’ were in my wallet. AAA has been nothing but EXCELLENT for me since 1989 when I signed on - I’ve had claims on my cars and my house and each time they’re prompt, courteous, and in one case they *corrected* my claim and added things into I’d missed. Blew my mind!

Just the facts ma'am, Mike Webb hadn't been a radio host, since December 2005. You could say he was on the Tom Dashle Progressive InternetWork streaming internet everywhere.
"Webb's Queen Anne home appeared on Friday to have long been abandoned. An eviction warning was affixed to his front door, advising that June's rent had not been paid.
Dozens of flies were visible buzzing around the interior, where books and other items apparently belonging to Webb lay undisturbed."

Webb’s insurance fraud conviction stemmed from a 2005 car wreck in which Webb’s Lexus was hit by an uninsured driver. King County prosecutors argued Webb bought a comprehensive insurance plan the day after the crash and filed a claim for the damage.
In an interview with the Seattle P-I after his conviction, Webb denied any wrongdoing and claimed he’d been set up in an elaborate right-wing conspiracy.
Yeah, thats it !! The right wingers made me buy extra insurance the day after my car wreck.
