If anyone wants to know why Muslims the world over tell pollsters the United States is at war with Islam, just read President Bush's speech at the Islamic Center of Washington, especially the part about American-style religious freedom -- in the president's words, "what we wish for the world."
----snip----
As one who has attended a bar mitzvah at that synagogue down the road, I have news for the president: Freedom, American-style, has changed. To enter, I passed an armed guard holding an automatic weapon manning the door.

I used to write to remind them that "illegal aliens" are not "immigrants." Good job!

I only post this reply in order to record at least one objection to your inane, hyperbolic, and treacherous post.

One JIHAD to rule them all, One JIHAD to find them,
One JIHAD to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

You mean our 2 puppet regimes are our allies. As soon as we’re gone, they’ll be gone. In the case of Iraq, it will be worse, because Iran will have much more influence than it did previously.
Oh, and thanks to the war, we’re going to be bringing thousands more Muslims into the good, ol’ USA in the form of Iraqi refugees. If you think they will be grateful and loyal citizens and assimilate, you haven’t been paying attention to Europe.
To: Pining_4_TX
You’ve only managed to repeat the lame, old Soviet propaganda about the U.S. presence in Europe. This is nothing but a surrender thread.

Bush acts more like an Allah-worshipping Mooslim than a God-fearing Christian.
Just how many muslims do you figure George Bush has sent to their great "reward"?
Perhaps you preferred Clinton's policy of using American force on behalf of poor, oppressed muslims?

It's called politics. Pickpockets will often smile at you and engage you in a friendly manner even as they lift your wallet.
How many scumbags do you think died - just today - in Iraq and Afghanistan?

My posts are merely keeping in line with the theme of the thread, the writer of this article is obviously disgusted with Imam Bush continually kissing up to the Mooslims, it makes her nauseous and likewise it does me.
I don’t know if Bush actually believes all this stuff he keeps saying about Islam or if this is just part of his grand WOT strategy but Bush seems to have a bad habit of kissing up to people who continually stab him in the back (like the Dem-RATS)and I for one wouldn’t trust a Muslim as far as I could see one, part of their strategy for world conquest is to make you believe they’re on your side and then whammo your head and your body have an unexpected parting of the ways.

I think that's why we kill a bunch of 'em... every day.

To: itsamelman
Ha! Ha! The problem is who is this kiss really directed at? Certainly not at the treacherous Dem-Rats. Quite the opposite as Bush kissed us conservatives after the 2000 and the 2004 elections yet now we're fighting for our very lives just to stay a viable force within the Republican Party.
All Hail King George!

Because a bunch of primitive yahoos who don’t know how to use indoor plumbing are going to conquer the most technically advanced civilization in the history of the universe?
LOL!

The Great Texas Corridor is under construction as we write .They changed the name but it’s still the highway from Mexico to Canada .I hear China is financing the port on the South Pacific side of Mexico. This port will bring China goods to the continent .
