Jihad Jim must think this his beloved Saddam’s Iraq. The Constitution doesn’t have a way to impeach the Vice President because as the President of the Senate he would be the judge in his own trial. The only time the USSC chief justice presides is in the case of the President.

Perhaps Jihad Jim should give Bill Clinton a call to get more details.

Article II, Section 4 specifically names the Vice-President as impeachable.

How about a source on that tidbit of constitutional law? As goofy as the idea of impeaching Cheney may be, it could still be done, they certainly could, thoreticaly, ramrod it through The House, and probably fail in the Senate as they did with Clinton.
