It is ugly, that is for certain.
I have been on the LIVE thread for the Immigration bill the last few days, and there were a few of us that refused to engage in sniping. (Well, against the dems, guilty as charged.) I just wanted to see what was going on there. Just the facts ma’am.
Today, a few FReepers even commented about the nasty tone and comments. It was refreshing to see. There is no need for the vitriol. So you disagree, does that mean you must behave like a seething lunatic?
And, yes, I was relieved today. I was also proud when the SCOTUS handed down their decision. THAT was the result of President Bush. We can thank him for Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito. I don’t agree with him all the time—he does some things that really chap my hide—but that does NOT negate all the good things he has done for this country. Especially in defense of LIFE.
Hopefully with the immigration bill biting the dust things will settle down a bit.
I normally post editorials from Townhall.com. But I refuse to post any that have to do with immigration or go to any immigration threads, and when someone tries to highjack the thread to turn it into an immigration thread, I tell them in no certain term to get off
