And Chavez was upset at being shown with dictators and tyrants by CNN??? Remember, Chavez is also ‘friends’ with Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, & China. Not too promising when you consider that all of these people (including Russia) have one thing in common — love of oppression... Putin may talk a good game but his actions betray his true intentions for “Mother Russia”. They are all ITCHING to re-institute the USSR... and further the stated goals of the Communists/Socialists/Fascists around the world and that is the total domination of all the ‘little people’ by the mighty government(s)...
The ONLY reason that Putin is fighting Muslims in Chechnya (IMHO) is because socialism cannot stand ANY religious group, and especially not a group that is ready and willing to shed blood to achieve their goals...
