I saw a thread here discussing recalling Martinez. More than a hundred had already signed it, but some said it could not be done.

Is there a process for recall of a Senator ? Even if there is , it would be extremely difficult and our best bet is to defeat these RINO’s in the primaries .

People were hesitant to defeat well seated RINO’s in the primaries in ‘04/’06 for fear of general election losses. It doesn’t matter now because the Dims control both chambers. We can now freely defeat the Rino’s in the primaries as we have nothing to lose at this point .

I wonder if that is the www.gohomemel.com website where the petition is at.

Actually, recall elections for US Senators should not be illegal, under Federal law, since the residents of a state elect, AND, each state determines how their US reps are elected.

In Florida, its hard to recall someone, as the state’s election laws are the most restrictive in America.

Of course, if a petition to recall Martinez can be made available....I will sign it. We have to get this Senatraitor out.
