It looks to me (puts on amateur psychologist hat) as if the little girl isn't being allowed to develop a personality or identity.
A typical child of 4 would not stand still, draped in bizarre clothing, with a blank expression. (A boy would start fighting a war; a girl would be screaming, "I want a princess costume, not THIS!").
The picture suggest that the child is accustomed to being posed like a doll to convey whatever impression suits the "mother's" twisted needs.

Whenever I hear the word lesbian I think of two women in soft warm lighting together in an embrace eating strawberries and waiting desperately with baided breath for your's truly to enter their chambers and cure them of their lesbianism.
Maybe it is just me, but I think there is something etymologically wrong in describing that fat grotesque pig Rosie as a lesbian.
I think the correct terminology from the lexicon of homosexuality would be "bull dyke".
When I think of the word "bull dyke" I envision some fat, ferocious, mannish, unshaven fembeast wearing black leather and overpowering a protesting Anne Heche with a gasoline powered strap-on.

The poor child has dead eyes. Unless she is a fabulous actress, she is living a terrible existence.
My favorite Rosie story was when she came out blasting on gun control and then it hit the media that she had armed guards on her kid.
