I don’t know about out gunned. She just got shouted down.

Coulter is boorish and rude. A black and white transcript merely makes it more glaring.

She has absolutely nothing productive to offer - only catty comments, and self-absorbed rants.

Her mindset is no more reasoned than that of Al Franken or Bill Maher, and is a great deal of what is wrong with American Politics today - a bunch of idiots who are more concerned with painting the “other side” as stupid or evil instead of recognizing that we’re all grownups and are all supposed to be accomplishing something productive.

If companies ran the way American politics did, they’d go belly-up in no time. It’s shameful, and ridiculous, and it doesn’t do this country one bit of good, no matter how someone like this wants to thump their chest and proclaim it “patriotism”.

So she was wrong about Edwards stealing from doctors? What a horrible way to make money, stealing from hardworking people who actually provide a necessary service. These people will rot in hell.

You’ll disagree, I’m sure, but I’m not going to apologize to liberals about anything anything Ann Coulter says or does any more.

Please don’t take this wrong, but you could have come straight from the DUmp with your mentioning of “patriotism” and your exclusive criticism of the “conservative” of the group.

My perception is different than yours.

Pelosi is actively causing the deaths of American soldiers and selling my country down the drain.

Ann Coulter is making logical points about the extreme rot of the democratic party.
This extreme rot is personified by a largely liberal media, hollywood elitists, Duke Lacrosse hating effete college professorial snobs, the Jesse Jackson/Louis Farrakhan/NAACP racist pigs, the abortion baby killers, those who support the criminals over their victims (ACLU), those who legislate a Fairness Doctrine to shut down conservative groups in violation of the first amendment, those who want to rape our immigration protection laws, etc. etc. etc.

I appreciate Coulter exposing their extreme hypocrisy.

And the substance of E. Edwards patronizing self-ebasing moan was?

That's right; NOTHING! Just like your post.

Say what you will about AC, she’s clever and has got her audience pegged. It is a shame there are so many people who mistake hyperbole and insults for arguments.

None at all. She never comes up with an original idea, an original thought or an original analysis...nothing that hasn't already been said by other conservative commentators. She sells herself as the equivalent of a shock jock from the right--a blond chick who says 'outrageous' things. I normally don't pay much attention to what she says ,but her bumper sticker idea "ask me about my dead son" (however lowly scumbags the Edwards' are, they did lose their 15 year old son)...that just hit a new low. This woman is mean, small and as far as I am concerned, an embarrassment to conservatives.

I can agree with a lot of your comments. Ann has the knack of drawing profound conclusions and analogies which bring clarity to the debate, but then many times offsets the impact of her wisdom with the acrimony of her delivery. She is a spokesperson for conservatism and I don't think we need to stoop to inciting people who hold different viewpoints by making comments about family members who have passed.

Cable News has profited mightily from all the shouts shows like Hardball, but it has turned every political discussion into a win/lose proposition. What is best for America gets lost in the desire to win at any cost; even if winning means jumping up and down on someones grave to do it. That doesn't work for me.
