The iPhone has new display hardware that no other phone has . . . yet.
One of my big problems with the phone is its lack of high speed internet. It has 2.5G and not the much faster 3G.
Then there is the cost.
Display hardware is nice, but internet download speed on cell networks is NOT THERE YET. Coverage is too spotty to actually rely upon it being there - at least for me. I tried living with my email off a Treo 650 for a week and it was just tooooo painful and far too slow.
Wired into a wi-fi is acceptable.
HTC announced a touch phone.
The slider screensaver is already been duplicated for all pda phones.
iphone is alread old.
nice marketing though.
