The last change the Senate made to the Comprehensive Amnesty bill was to add a provision to set up a Commission to study the plight of WWII Nazis to see if they deserved any sort of monetary award for our having inconveniencing them.

Not sure more change of that sort order is all that productive.

Total abandonment of the bill is a far better idea.
