Even if you leave of forsake Him?

Is not the free agency given to us still in effect? Will He force us to obey?

Indeed. All the more reason that I owe Him my obedience.

I agree; but such examples as I have chosen are hardly extraordinarily. We unfortunately see them around us each day.

I agree. Such was my experience as a missionary, and as I testify of our Savior to my fellowman in my day to day life.

Are you asking this seriously, you who claims to know The Lord in your life?... Is not the free agency given to us still in effect? Will He force us to obey? Our own foolishness will be force enough when we stumble, as His Spirit works in us to will and to do of His good pleasure. The saved soul's will is turned toward the Lord, with some not completely at first, but in a lifetime He will lead us to turn from the world and to Him.

I would be interested in where you find that doctrine in the Scriptures.

Matthew 7

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

Excuse me for butting in. I thought this scripture might be relevant to that comment.
