Hmmm, I wouldn't think that you'd need to be Keanu Reeves ala The Matrix to get out of the way of a car going at the break neck speed of 14 MPH.

Why don’t you figure out how many feet per second that is when you’re standing only 5 feet away. That’s about 205 ft per second. Your’e gonna need matrix reloaded speed.
