Hmmm, I wouldn't think that you'd need to be Keanu Reeves ala The Matrix to get out of the way of a car going at the break neck speed of 14 MPH.

Not to take anything away from the officer's plight... I keep visualizing the image of the security guard facing down Austin Powers' steam roller...
