Sadly, most of the sheeple will NEVER see that. What they WILL see is liberals cheering the deaths, and the media playing them up for all it’s worth...

You need to speak for yourself. You obviously don't want to know what's really going on.

We cant even bomb the right house in Iraq. Oh, we've bombed plenty of "right houses" in Iraq. That's why Al Queda is on the defensive, despite media reports.
I know it's fashionable to only point out our military's errors, but even our WWII military killed innocent civilians now and then.

Thanks for the info on our brave heroes, God bless them and their families.
(And thank God they will not be able to read this thread, or watch this enemy propaganda on their country’s TV sets)

“There’s no cookie-cutter formula for countering IEDs, the single biggest threat to U.S. forces in Iraq. The key, Bivens told the JCOC group, is recognizing and countering IEDs — something he said demands constant vigilance because the enemy keeps coming up with new tactics and techniques.”
Above quote about IEDs; the priority (real high!), effort, and money going towards CIED....

....it's no suprise that casualties are up. If I had a dime for everytime somebody said something like that over the last four years to explain away the continuing carnage of American troops in Iraq, I'd be a millionaire.

Go find some sand to place your head in. And yes, Iran will need to be dealt with. If you think that a war has not already started between us and Iran, you have not been keeping up to date with who is responsible for most of the advanced IED weapons called the explosively formed projectiles (EFP).
Our government may be incompetent, but our military is not.

We got mighty pissed off over the deaths of innocent people on 9-11. If we bomb Iran, and innocent people die, it will breed more hatred. And on and on...

And on and on...And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Here come the defeatist brigade on FR. The war on terror is not for the weak and the defeatists. Thanks the Lord that President Bush and our brave troops believe in victory and are fighting for victory and we are going to achieve victory in six to nine months from now.
God bless our troops and President Bush.

We got mighty pissed off over the deaths of innocent people on 9-11 You are equating our military actions with those of the hijackers.
The hijackers specifically targetted innocents.
However, we are targetting terrorists in a time of war. It's silly to think that no honest mistakes will be made in war.
And no bombing will take place in Iran for some time, if ever.

It is a fools errand attempting to reason with some....their agenda is clear....their feelings already noted....
Simple fact is that innocent people die in war, it has always been this way, it will always be that way....
We all should be praying for the safety and success of our Armed Forces.....differences aside.......
It is of my opinion that this is our last attempt at securing Iraq before we start pulling out by the end of this year....
We as a nation have a lot to lose or gain as a result of this operation....Godspeed to the Coalition Forces....

If I had a dime for everytime somebody said something like that over the last four years to explain away the continuing carnage of American troops in Iraq, I'd be a millionaire.
If I had a dime for every article published that described our brave soldiers as defenseless and weak, I would be at least a billionaire. 3,500 American troops lost is NOT carnage.
This doesn't show the update-to-date figure in Iraq, but you get the point:
