Mexican thugs and drug smugglers intent on crossing the U.S. border illegally, have now begun to set fire to forests and fields along the border to distract U.S. Border Patrol Agents to make their crossing easier.
These criminal invaders are also throwing Molotov cocktails at agents vehicles as well as even setting fire to their observation posts. It is only a matter of time before these terrorist attacks result in the deaths of Border Patrol Agents and American civilians alike.
One night early last month in Arizona, Border Patrol Agents chased five illegals back across the Mexican border. Once on the other side, the five began pegging the agents and their vehicles with rocks. The agents moved back and continued to observe, then a Molotov cocktail was hurled by the would-be invaders. It hit the ground and missed the Border Patrol vehicles. The agents the contacted the Mexican military for assistance. Of course, that help never came.
About an hour later, an agent noticed a fire burning in a nearby wheat field. The San Luis Fire Department responded and fortunately the only property damaged in the extremely dry area was the field itself. a total of five fires were set that night by illegal aliens. The fires surrounded a Border patrol observation post and were an attempt to burn the agents out. No agents were injured in the multiple blazes and none of the illegals were apprehended.
The border area has become so dangerous due to Mexican drug smugglers and illegal aliens crossing into this country, that firefighters battling wildfires in the Coronado National Forest now must be accompanied by police officers. The U.S. Forest Service has reported numerous accounts of encounters with heavily armed drug dealers approaching firefighters.
These brazen actions displayed by Mexican invaders are only the latest tactics being used by our enemy in this border war. Make no mistake, we are at war. This nation is being invaded by criminals, violent gangs, drug smugglers, and those carrying dangerous diseases.
Unfortunately, we the people are facing two enemies. We are not only being attacked by a foreign invader, but those invaders are being aided and abetted by our elected officials.
We face a determined and dangerous enemy on both fronts, but we must press on and defeat both criminal groups. If we give up and accept amnesty and the human garbage now flooding this country, our children and grandchildren will face a future filled with unemployment, Third World diseases, and violence once thought unimaginable in this country.
No amnesty! Not ever!
Get all illegals and their anchor (around our neck) babies OUT of the USA and keep them out!
The mounting tide of illegal aliens will smother the USA. Only 8% (or less of Americans are for amnesty and isn't it remarkable that the US Congress is at its lowest point in history at this time?
Perhaps we should chain the majority of our US Congressrats to the illegals and deport them en masse!
....*crickets*....
Illegals use any means necessary to achive their goals........it’s about time WE use ANY means to keep them OUT.
I hate to mention it right now as our pandering pols rush to pass amnesty----but do any of these idiots sworn to uphold the laws of the US realize that arson and bomb-throwing are not tactics of work-worn individuals seeking a better life------but are the tactics of violent invaders tearing down our laws and violating our sovereignity.
Landmines, now!
Notice the vehicle here is a blog. This the under-reported story of the year. There was a blurb in the Tucson Citizen about the “Buena” fire SW of Tucson where there was speculation about it being caused by criminal aliens, but the Star and the Republic completly ignored it.
American “leaders” have repeatedly shown that we are not in control of our border, that we won’t confront or imprison the invaders and that we’ll imprison our own if they take it upon themselves to do so. What would we expect? MEXICO is in control of that border, NOT the U.S.
Excellent point!
How can Bush etc, ignore the importance of securing our borders?
I believe Glenn Beck had this story on his TV show last nite...so it has made the MSM.
Amazing we have US Senators who want to keep the border open and let these thuggeros in here. Another reason for my tagline...
Just setting fires Americans won’t set.
Sierra Club? Yoo, hoo, where arrrrre you?
I am declaring on FR today my support for DUNCAN HUNTER for President of the United States.
Welcome to the fight!
Technically, anchor babies are not U.S. citizens. There's no need to treat them as such.
You’re just a biggot and cold hearted and your “SOUL” is in the wrong place...who told you that you have a right to be upset by an invasion. Why, they’re just starting fires that us lazy, uneducated ‘Mercans wont start!! Your president said so......
(Sniffle), Please tell me how can I make amends for this hate-filled aversion to those loving diverse arsonists (sob)?
Will a hefty donation to the RNC suffice (sob)?
Sounds like we’re under attack to me. I think military action is in order.
This issue will not be decided until a clear interpretation of the 14th Amendment has been adjudicated by the United States Supreme Court.
But keep in mind that the Court cannot just issue opinions "out of the air". There must be cases before it upon which it will rule.
I believe the Court could be forced into a ruling on the 14th Amendment. Here's how:
This will require the cooperation of sympathetic civic officials in one or more states (hopefully 3 in separate U.S. Federal Districts) who are absolutely willing to go to the mat on the issue and who will not lose their resolve as the case progresses through the court system. (As an aside, the Court might choose to ignore a "test case" from a single district, but would probably not be able to do so if cases sprung up from multiple districts.)
Here's how such test cases would be ignited:
I am _presuming_ that for births, birth certificates are issued by the city, municipality, or other governmental authority that has jurisdiction over the location where a birth occurs. Since big-city governments are "illegal friendly", I would think the test cases would have to be ignited from rural areas or small cities that are having problems with illegals.
What must be done is, when a birth occurs to someone who is apparently illegal, authorities must question her. If she admits to being illegal, they must issue a birth certificate that specifically states that the newborn shall not be considered an American citizen. The certificate should clearly state something to the effect of, say, "non-citizen birth on American soil".
Of course, the issuance of a "non-citizen birth certificate" will be immediately challanged by civil rights groups, perhaps even by government officials on higher levels. This is to be expected.
The local officials must stand their ground, for - of course - they will be brought to court. And thus, the case (hopefully, multiple cases) will be generated, and progress through the system.
We will almost certainly lose at the trial level, but again, this is to be expected, and welcomed, for we WANT the issue to be appealed "upward".
And we must keep the heat up as the case progresses through the courts. With each loss, we must keep pushing it higher, and eventually, it will reach the high court.
I would not be foolish enough to speculate on how the Court would rule. But it has ruled in previous instances that _some_ babies born on American soil are NOT citizens (i.e., births to foreign diplomats).
I think we have a fighting chance to win. Even if we lose, it will clarify the issue once and for all, and perhaps the loss, combined with increasing anger about the illegal flood from native Americans will force Congress to consider a Constitutional Amendment to correct the 14th Amendment.
I have yet to see posted by ANYone a solution on how to correct the wrongly-interpreted 14th Amendment. I believe that the course I have outlined above - the ad-hoc issuance of "non-citizen" birth certificates, and the Court test that would follow - could do just that. (Remember, you read it here first!)
