This may sound crazy, but I believe the above statement. The House and Senate are in easy range under this scenario. The demmies are hollow, empty, dead.
It does sound crazy.
I don't. It's going to be all about the Finkelstein Box again....and the States on the edges of it (the Midwestern "battleground" states, and Florida, and Maryland and Virginia and Pennsylvania). Google on Finkelstein for an explanation. Or google on Christopher Caldwell, who's written some articles about it and about Republican strategery in the 90's (about dumping the South in the street and going with a "moderate big-tent pro-choice 'economic conservative'" etc. etc. posture).
No such animal as a fair fight, particularly with this generation of Dems.
We know all that stuff about the Clintons. None of this is any sort of secret. What makes anyone here think these facts, true and damning as they are, will get any traction? No one besides us even gives a hoot. Or for that matter, will they even be brought up by our side?
WND makes a good case on paper, but in the real world?
Oh, I truly do think that if the Repub. Congressional candidates hang on to Fred's coat-tails, they could re-gain majorities in both houses. The Party is going to have to be SMART though, and I hope Fred can kick some of that into them.
