If you'd bothered to read it you might have picked up on this little gem too..
In a 2003 poll conducted by German environmental researchers Dennis Bray and Hans von Storch, two-thirds of more than 530 climate scientists from 27 countries surveyed did not believe that "the current state of scientific knowledge is developed well enough to allow for a reasonable assessment of the effects of greenhouse gases." About half of those polled stated that the science of climate change was not sufficiently settled to pass the issue over to policymakers at all.

Huge investments by scientists, governments and some individuals that we are facing global warming due to CO2.
Boy are THEY going to be pissed. The cooling isn't supposed to kick in for another 12 or 13 years. That's plenty of time for the environmental left to bully the world's government into rolling back the past century of technological progress and claim credit for stopping global warming.

Of course solar output drives climate change! It should be obvious to all, including guru Al Gore.

The cooling isn't supposed to kick in for another 12 or 13 years. That's plenty of time for the environmental left to bully the world's government into rolling back the past century of technological progress and claim credit for stopping global warming. Actually, I think 'maybe not'. As an amateur climate watcher, I'd say we peaked in 1998 and are now already heading in a downward path (re: Temperature). It's still too early to say with statistical certainty, but... the data is moving in that direction. If you really believe in the Sunspot theory (which, I do.. ) then the data is absolutely supporting this, and should continue becoming more and more persuasive in coming years.
I also believe the global warming crackpots know this... that's why they are pushing SO HARD now to implement permanent changes: They know (or, at least suspect) that the next decade will be cooler, thus making their argument harder to sell.

Ironic that the theory hinges on the cloud-forming effect of cosmic rays. Among the first crude technological advances that allowed for direct observation of subatomic particles in the early to mid-twentieth century was...the cloud chamber.
