The agents shot Davila in the buttocks as he was transporting more than 700 pounds of marijuana into the United States through Fabens, Texas.Rohrabachers office has been trying to ... determine whether he delivered another load of marijuana in Texas in October 2005, after he entered the U.S. to have surgery by U.S. Army doctors to remove the bullet
One has to wonder whether the extremely rich Mexican drug cartels don't have some of our top officials bought and paid for.

I'll believe when I see it. Otherwise it's just a lot of the same big talk we get from Congress and the Administration all the time.

It will when they go back in time and fill out the incident report like they were supposed to, and then tell the truth about what happened the first time.
Until then they will be dealing with the legal consequences of their unwise decisions.

Incident Report to inform their supervisors what happened when the supervisors were standing right next to them at the time?

The Agents gave a Oral Report as was required. They didn’t know that Osvaldo Aldrete-Davilla was a DEA informant who participated in House of Slaughter murders.

Their supervisor told them a report was not needed and the supervisor helped them pick up the bullet casings and there is no proof that it was the agents bullet that hit the drug dealer.
It was a kangaroo court and a kangeroo prosecutor and kangaroo judge.

It’s about time someone looked in to this. Ignoring these men is not Jorge’s finest moment. He should be ashamed — but I’m sure he isn’t.

He's too clueless to be ashamed.

“is organizing a hearing on any influence the Mexican government may have had on prosecuting Compean and Ramos.”
Unfortunately, that really is beside the point. I don’t care if the Mexican government was or was not involved in this prosecution. They should not be in jail either way.

It will when they go back in time and fill out the incident report like they were supposed to, and then tell the truth about what happened the first time. They were not required to fill out an incident report. Border Patrol policy only requires that an agent tell a supervisor verbally within one hour of the shooting.

The President should end this BS and give these men full pardons and restitution. Just so the restitution doesn’t cost the Country anything we can deport 100 illegals aliens for each of the men wrongly convicted.

Has anyone ever called you a sycophant? If not, let me be the first. Translation: you have no valid argument to make.
Presumably kissing up to the majority opinion that Compean and Ramos are martyrs would make me . . . not a sycophant?
Bizarre logic.
