I remember when all of the posts first came out announcing Ravenel as a Rudy guy. The FR pom poms were working overtime touting his conservatism. In the past few days, I’ve seen him mentioned several times as a potential candidate for Lindsey Graham.... I guess that ain’t gonna happen—Unless of course, he didn’t inhale. LOL
That’s what I was thinking about too. This guy was touted in some conservative circles as a probable alternative to Lindsey Grah-amnesty.

Wasn’t he the guy that was arrested for also use and sale of cocaine?? My memory isn’t that good, but didn’t that POS get reelected as mayor?? If Ravenel was a democRAT liberal lefty piece of crap, all he’d have to do is apologize, through his teeth of course, and everything would be forgiven. But, he’s a republican, so he can’t get away with something as easy as that. <>
Ravenel had pledged not to run for another office when he was campaigning in 2006 for the Treasurer job, which he won. Of course, now he's toast anyways. He was probably looking at the governorship in 2010 but now he's toast.
But as a word of advice, I would suggest leaving the coke to the campaign manager.
