The preamble of our Constitution says, "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Upon assuming his office, our president raised his right hand and made the following promise to the citizens of America: "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Likewise, every one of our U.S. senators took a similar oath upon assuming office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Legislating a path to citizenship for illegal aliens represents a violation of these oaths. Giving them citizenship will negatively impact the future of government in America. If these one-time fugitives become citizens, they will have not only the right to vote, but the power to run for and hold political office.
They will be eligible to serve in law enforcement, serve as judges and even work with classified material. They will be allowed to work with children in schools and day-care facilities. In spite of their criminal background, they will have the same rights as every other naturalized citizen in this country.
Well, Mr. President, exactly which clause of the Constitution are you preserving, protecting and defending by offering citizenship to illegal aliens? And how about you senators? Do you expect us to believe that providing citizenship to millions of international trespassers is in keeping with true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, which you swore to support and defend? Where is justice in your "comprehensive immigration reform act"? Do you honestly believe you are promoting the general welfare by circumventing our immigration laws and offering citizenship to millions of illegal immigrants? We think not.
In order to establish justice, we must enforce all existing immigration laws. To insure domestic tranquility, we must stop illegal immigration and control the flow of all immigrants. To provide for the common defense, we must secure our borders and strengthen our border patrol. To promote the general welfare, we must require proof of legal residency for all public services, including emergency health care and especially public education.
Now is not the time for new immigration legislation. In fact, there should never be a time for offering citizenship to illegal aliens. Granting citizenship to illegals is a slap in the face of every law-abiding American, especially those who have gone through the arduous process of naturalization.
Now is the time for "we the people" to hold our elected officials to their word. Now is the time for us to remind our president and our legislators that they are in our government and they work for us. Now is the time for us to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, even if those enemies are in Washington.
Now is the time for "we the people" to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves by standing firm in our sovereignty, as one nation, under God.
NONE. That is what is so amazing about this. Why is he still out of jail? What would happen to me if I violated several major federal laws in front of many different media and the press?

What about all the support by various Mayors and local officials that support sanctuary. This goes on and on. Millions of Americans have just lost their minds.

U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,
1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.
The U.S. Constitution provides "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it.", so these illegals HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY, and could be incarcerated until deported to stop the invasion of our Country.
Likewise, NO PUBLIC BENEFITS should be afforded invaders, and a child born in the USA to foreign parents (non-US-Citizens) should NOT automatically be declared a U.S. Citizen, which is the mis-interpretation of the Constitution that was intended for those in this country LEGALLY, not ILLEGALLY.
The tortured reading of the word "person" vs. "citizen" has been wrongfully used to justify the cheap labor that businesses (aka, deep pocket political donors) to keep the flow of illegals moving along in their interest. This will address the anchor-baby issue, and without free medical care, these invaders are rightfully not included in the benefit packages that CITIZENS are paying for, including free educations for non-citizens, too.
In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard wrote, "This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors, or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons." Senator Howard wrote the addition phrase specifically because he wanted to make it clear that the simple accident of birth in the US is not sufficient to justify citizenship.
The 14th Amendment was enacted to cover SLAVES after the Civil War. Clearly, the misinterpretation by the courts over the years has been used to provide BUSINESS with cheap labor, and existing laws were ignored and un-enforced in regards to illegal aliens.
The US Supreme Court recognized this when they ruled in 1873 that the phrase (and subject to the jurisdiction thereof) excluded "children of ministers, consuls, and citizens of foreign states born within the United States." Since the court recognized that the children of foreign citizens and diplomats should not be granted US citizenship, why should anyone think that the children of those that enter the US illegally are subject to the jurisdiction of the US government? The simple answer is no thinking person would. The anchor baby parents are neither US citizens, subject to US jurisdiction, nor do they owe any allegiance to the US. Federal immigration laws require aliens to renounce all allegiance to any foreign government and to support the US Constitution to become citizens. The parents of anchor babies never fulfilled this obligation and were never "subject to the jurisdiction" of the US.
Both the author of the 14th Amendment and the US Supreme Court recognized that an alien mother and her baby are subject to the jurisdiction of their native country - not the US. The 14th Amendment wasn't created to provide an end run for aliens to defy US immigration laws. But politicians have subverted the Constitution and allowed citizenship to any child born in the US. This misinterpretation is not accidental - it is intentional.

These photos speak louder than words! Somehow, we have to stop this — but how when the government is so determined to go against the will of the people, common sense and the Constitution?
In the next election, we need to run patriots in the primaries against all of the OBL traitors, both ‘rats and rinos.

He is the President and sets the tone and path for the rest of the nation. His calling the Minuteman Project “vigilantes,” his constant ignoring the will of an overwhelming majority of American Citizens and calling for an amnesty for 30 million criminals has encouraged the illegals and those that support such an anti-American stance.
He is not the “Decider” He has become the “Enabler.”
Had he done the right thing and instituted enforcement of the existing laws six years ago this bu11$hit would not be occurring now.
