How can we specifically grant amnesty to illegal Mexican immigrants and not all illegals?
I thought racial profiling was bad.
(I am using the term "racial profiling" in the same sense of profiling Muslims, who aren't a race at all, and the same for Mexicans.)
It seems like this was something Bush has had planned from the very beginning, and he wants to get it done before he leaves office.

We don’t know for a fact, but I think it is informative to “follow the money”.
I don't think the bill as written does apply solely to Mexicans....essentially there is no discrimination between and illegal Mexican and and illegal Ethiopian or Guatemalan or Indonesian or Chinese or Russian or South African.
Anybody absolutely sure its Mexicans only?
